Emmanuel House International is hosting its 1st Annual “Beacon of Light” Benefit Gala, offering dinner, dancing, and a silent auction to support in-need moms, moms-to-be, and their families with outreach services and resources. Saturday, August 16th, 7-10pm at Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the Lake Council #6318, 10 Fair St., Carmel, NY. $25-$100+ per person suggested donation. Emmanuel House International is hosting its 1st Annual “Beacon of Light” Benefit Gala beginning with hors d’oeuvres and auction bidding and ends with post dinner auction winnings amongst dessert; all accompanied by music and dancing.
EHI provides moms, moms-to-be, and their families in Putnam County and neighboring Northern Westchester and Eastern Dutchess Counties, at no charge, confidential and non-judgmental pre-natal and after-birth support and material assistance to individuals and their families who are in crisis due to unplanned pregnancies. EHI offers clients new and gently-used maternity, baby, toddler, children and adult clothing; baby equipment and furniture; and emergency baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, and formula. EHI also refers clients to resource providers for assistance with healthcare, counseling, insurance, childcare, transportation, rent, utilities, education, employment, nutrition/food, housing, finances and legal issues.
To make all this and more possible, Emmanuel House International’s 1st Annual “Beacon of Light” Benefit Gala will celebrate and support our community with an evening of dinner, dancing, and a silent auction. Make your way Saturday, August 16th, to Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the Lake Council #6318 at 10 Fair Street in Carmel, NY, at 7pm to enjoy the music, bid on your favorite an auction items, and treat your taste buds.
